Digital eBooks
You may request a full refund on any digital eBook within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, no questions asked. Please contact customer service at Lot's Cave to start the refund process
When you purchase a digital eBook from EuroMark eBooks you are stating that you are fully aware of the fact that the download link will be sent to you via email, and not in printed form or on CD. You are legally permitted to copy the download onto a CD or floppy for your own personal use ONLY.
We WILL make every effort to replace digital eBooks in the event of your hard drive crashing. Please contact customer service at EuroMark eBooks to start the replacement process.
It is ILLEGAL to send an eBook or distribute it in any manner to other individuals anywhere on the Internet or offline for public consumption. You may not print copies for distribution. You may not convert eBooks to other languages for distribution. By purchasing a EuroMark eBook you are legally swearing not to take part in any of the aforementioned illegal practices.
