Many features are not available until you login. For example, when logged in, you can view a list of all books you've previously purchased and download new copies in the event of loss from a hard drive failure or switching to a new computer. Click on the dropdown panel above and register as a new user.
I've purchased books at EuroMark, but don't know how to login and download them.
In the dropdown panel above and click on "Forgot Password". When the panel asks, enter the email address you used when you purchased your book. This will create your account and a link will be emailed to you so that you can enter a new password. Click on that link or copy and paste the full link into your browser. Open the panel and enter a new password. The panel will close, so re-open the dropdown panel and log in now now using your email address and password. You can now see and download any books you ever purchased HERE.

I'm an author who wants to begin publishing my books at EuroMark.
You cannot upload a manuscript until you login. Click on the dropdown panel above and register as a new user.
I'm an author already published at EuroMark, but cannot seem to log in
Do not try to create a new account; it won't work. In the dropdown panel above and click on "Forgot Password". When the panel asks, enter your email address used when you uploaded your first manuscript to EuroMark. This will email a link to you so that you can enter a new password. Click on that link or copy and paste the full link into your browser. Open the panel and enter a new password. The panel will close, so re-open the dropdown panel and log in now using your email address and new password. You now have access to your sales information HERE.
I never receive an email with a link to change the password.
Most often, you will find the missing emails in your SPAM folder. Please check your spam folder. On rare occasions, some G-Mail, Yahoo Mail, and a few others will filter out EuroMark emails as they do not approve of our site content. The only way around this is to CONTACT US HERE and let us know you want your password reset. We will reset the password for you and you will be able to access the site.
The link sent in my email does not work.
Most login problems stem from a failure to copy the entire link (including the lengthy security hash code) in your email so you can paste the full link into your browser. Make certain to copy and paste the entire string of text.
